My Story

I have been practicing spirituality since a young age. I had a huge transformation during the past couple of years. This change occurred when I got initiated into shambhavi mahamundra by Sadhguru. Since then I started reading a lot of scriptures and upanishad. Through this blog, I would like to share with all of you the knowledge & wisdom which I have gained. This knowledge comes from Self study, Meditative practices, and spiritual discussions. I engaged in these discussions with like minded people.
